As Retail Floor Supervisor it’s your job (in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager) to manages the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service and maintaining store standards. Supervises all part-time store personnel and ensuring that all company policies, procedures and directives are being followed.
