For our rapidly growing pathology business, we are looking for a Sales Manager to coach and manage the Pathology Sales team, which consist of 5 Account Managers/Sr. Account Managers located in Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Your team is responsible for selling complex instrument solutions for the Pathology business, that includes, hardware, software, reagents and service contracts to all the accounts across the entire sales district (Denmark, Norway and Finland).
You will together with Director Sales for the region develop the sales team in the respective countries as well as drive the sales according to the quarterly goals set, both in reagents as well as capital sales. You will be the first contact for your team and assist them in closing deals mostly by joining them in the set-up of the deal as well as in the final negotiations.
