We believe we can always learn and improve, and we know this is best done together.    Job description  At Group Real Estate we have decided to be the business partner in securing performance and driving transformation for the Volvo Group. To be able to fulfill our target image, your contribution as VP Business Control, IT & Digitalization will be crucial.   You will lead the planning and execution of the finance agenda and support the organization in this area. You are accountable for the overall business control and reporting for Group Real Estate as well as for the IT & Digitalization transformation journey. It is both a strategic and operational role that requires a cross-functional way of working. You are also the line manager for the Business Control, IT & Digitalization team.  Key Responsibilities  * Support decision-making by providing relevant financial analysis and recommendation  * Structure business cases and follow up of decided investments  * Continuously develop the global agenda within Finance, Digital & IT as well as related processes  * Maintain and develop relations and cooperation with stakeholder within the Volvo Group and partners.  * As a member of the Real Estate Executive Management Team (REMT) you will also be involved in strategy, business development and other projects  You will report to the SVP Group Real Estate.  Who are you? You see the value of the approach to “go and see” and you are eager to engage everyone in the continuous improvement journey.   To be successful in this position you also need the following knowledge and experience:  * Masters degree in Business Administration.  * Proven leadership capabilities and experience as a line manager.  * Strong financial understanding and skills within investment management, as well as knowledge about the commercial vehicle industry.   * Minimum 10+ years working experience in the business control field and proficient knowledge within Digital & IT.  * Demonstrated experience and knowledge about lean management, how to drive productivity and business satisfaction.
