We are excited to offer the opportunity to be part of our journey in the role of UX/UI Designer, working in a discipline with a crucial impact on Position Green’s business growth. About the role In the role of UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for developing our website’s interface in line with our brand identity and digital strategy. You will be independently responsible for the continuous development and optimisation of our website’s UX and UI, covering activities such as: Website design, including animation and retouching (Figma and Adobe CC). Building and maintaining intuitive, user-friendly and conversion driven landing pages aligned with Position Green’s brand. AB-testing, tracking, and heatmaps - always looking for the best quality and conversion effect. Conducting user research to understand user behaviours from a CRO perspective. Testing and iterating designs based on user feedback and data analysis. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the Performance Marketing Director. The team consists of seasoned professionals within performance driven marketing, opening up for great opportunities to learn from each others’ skills. You will also work with specialists in different design areas and collaborate with both graphic and product designers to ensure a consistent experience across Position Green’s channels. To succeed in this role we believe that you have a proven track record within the above areas and relevant experience from working in a B2B or SaaS company. We believe that you have: Demonstrated ability to get things done and ship solutions. Passion for transforming complex content into simple and intuitive design. Ability to navigate from research and discovery through prototyping to design and usability testing. Experience in dynamic localization on a global website. Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and CRO best practices. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent collaboration, problem-solving and communication skills with professional fluency in English. A desire to impact the sustainability of businesses worldwide - note: sustainability experience is not required, as long as you’re willing to fall in love with the problem and eager to learn. You have relevant education in UX and interaction design with a minimum of two years relevant work experience.
