Assignment Description:

We are looking for a UX Designer Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Conduct in-depth research to understand the expectations and needs of digital support and solutions for the E2E onboarding process.
• Assess existing digital support and solutions across different divisions and countries to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Create high-level user journeys for the onboarding process, highlighting pains, gains, and jobs-to-be-done.
• Gather insights from various user segments, including factory workers, high management, and culturally diverse groups.
• Identify pain points within the current onboarding process and document expectations and needs from stakeholders for digital support and solutions.
• Deliver a visual representation of the user journey, including critical touchpoints, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with UX Leads and UX Designers to ensure seamless integration of research findings into design strategies.
• Summarize available material and supplement with additional data as needed to provide comprehensive insights.

• Proficiency in various research methods, including desk research, surveys, user research, and usability testing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably.
• Basic understanding of psychology and human behavior to interpret user actions and reactions effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Expertise in handling diverse user segments and making informed judgments on which segments require further exploration and representation.
