Talent Acquisition Lead

Through a vast portfolio of services and product solutions, we make talent accessible to organizations, as well as assignments accessible to professionals, in order to contribute to more dynamic, well-functioning and future proof talent supply chains.

Role Overview

Responsibilites

• Conducting recruitment processes from A to Z.
• Ongoing development of service delivery for recruitment processes throughout the group.
• Development of methodology, processes, and applicable tools for recruitment.
• Participation in sales of recruitment solutions to Clients.
• Contributing to recruitment acquisitions and tender processes alongside the Bid team.
• Development of recruitment expertise internally within Ework Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organization/management, organizational psychology, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on IT (System Development) in both private and public sector.
• Excellent communications skills on a professional level in both written and verbal English and Swedish.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with Teamtailor is a strong plus).
