Who you will do In your role as TA Partner, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment processes by identifying, attracting, assessing, and recruiting talents from all over the globe. This includes working with candidate attraction, sourcing, screening, and short-listing of candidates, conducting assessments and competence-based interviews. You will also provide guidance and training to Line Managers and Human Resource representatives on TA related topics. For each business division we are working in agile delivery teams, and as Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery in one specific business area. You will be the single point of contact and the spokesperson for your business area to ensure that we have estimates of coming needs, build candidate pipelines, follow up on statistics and KPIs and report back to the team, and to the business. Who are you? We offer a lot, but we also ask a lot from you. To be successful in this role, we believe you bring extensive experience of talent acquisition, probably from an internal TA department and/or from the agency side. You have an academic degree and prior leadership experience is seen as an advantage. Successful experience of recruitment within R&D and Technology is important in this role. We would like to see that you have experience of building pipelines and of converting data, metrics, and insights into TA strategies. Over the years, we believe that you have gained knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting practices and trends – but keep a curiosity to still learn and develop within this field.
