Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with similar responsibilities
• Fluent English skills
• Experience with Python and Shell scripting
• Proven experience in engaging with end users to facilitate software configuration and implementation
• Strong problem-solving abilities, leveraging programming skills to address challenges effectively
• Nice to have: fluency in additional languages, experience with airline operations/planning

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with clients to optimize the use of Crew Resource Management software, providing guidance and support for effective implementation and utilization
• Assessing and proposing enhancements for the current configuration of CRM software, aiming for continuous improvement and optimization
• Effectively managing client expectations, cultivating enduring relationships built on trust and understanding
• Actively contributing to a skilled team dedicated to addressing intricate optimization challenges, fostering diversity, and mutual learning

Details:

• Location: Göteborg
• Work mode: On-site
• Employment type: B2B contract (self-employed consultant)
• Salary: 550 – 700 SEK/hour
