About us: Soi 5 is a tiny Asianfusion restaurant nearby the seaside in Langesund in Telemark county. We serve Thai-food and sushi and have 40 seats inside and 70 seats outside. The sushi kitchen has it's own department inside the restaurant. About the job: - We are looking for a skilled and passionate sushi chef - Responsible for the Sushi department of the kitchen - Ensure that all food served is of the highest quality in terms of ingredients, tast and presentation. - Contribute to maintaining a good HACCP system for the kitchen in relation to cleaning, production, and food safety. Skills: - Experience as a sushi chef (min 3 years) - Fluent in English language Additional information: We offer accommodation for free. We are not interested in any contact with recruitment agencies.
