Your role as Supply Chain Coordinator
This position reports to the Sourcing Director of the company, and is a vital part of the decision-making process in the company. Being a small company, everybody at Norvida must be capable of sharing and collaborating with colleagues, thus assuring the best possible outcome for the company in general.

A Supply Chain Coordinator at Norvida is the spider in the web of the sourcing department and is responsible for the administration of the entire supply chain for some of the company's product groups. Currently, there are four Planners/Coordinators employed.

Main responsibilities:

• Forecasts of volumes together with Strategic Buyers and Product calculations.
• Planning and coordination of deliveries together with Norvidas producers, the Brazilian subsidiary, and their purchasing and sales departments.
• Planning unloading and logistics from when the goods are dispatched from the supplier in Europe or arrive at the port from outside of Europe.
• Administration of goods and transactions in the company's business system (Jeeves).
• Calculation of Cost of Goods Sold and invoicing for European deliveries.
• Inventory reconciliations against logistics partners in Sweden.
• Transactions between the Swedish and Finnish warehouses.
• Responsible for supplier reconciliations.

You are a highly motivated self-starter with a knack for teamwork while having an entrepreneurial mind-set and maintaining a business-oriented approach. As a person you are a natural communicator, who likes meeting new people and building strong relationships. You have strong organizational skills, always trying to combine great results while having fun at work.

• You are thorough and detail-oriented, used to working towards deadlines.
• You have a knack for working with numbers and are efficient with administrative tasks.
• You are service minded with strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent skills in Office 360, especially Excel. Big advantage with experience from Jeeves.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, proficiency in another Nordic language is a bonus.
• Past history and knowledge from the meat industry is a plus.
