Supervisor for construction sites

We are looking for an experienced supervisor for construction sites for our international company!

Supervisor's main tasks are team leading, being the contact person for client's supervisors, solving technical problems, fixing possible errors and taking measures to eliminate them, assisting the office by working time schedule planning, and monitoring working time to ensure that it is carried out as planned.

We have projects all around Sweden, so we expect you to be ready to travel for work.

Your responsibility is to e.g. take care of occupational safety, quality control, and employee assessment.

Our expectations

• Experience from a similar position
• Knowledge of carpentry and reinforcement work
• Secondary education or higher technical education
• Ability to read drawings and understand how to plan the work to be more effective
• Valid driving license category B
• Knowledge of Polish and English language is mandatory.

• Know calculations of construction for tender purposes
• Have a group of workers which you work well with
• Know Swedish language.
