SSAB - Product Manager

You will be working in a team focused on managing the current product portfolio and steering the future product program. As such, you will analyze both the performance of current products and the business case of future needed products. SSAB is currently in a phase of transformation and various parts of the production will be changed with the target of reducing our carbon dioxide emissions. In doing so, our products will have to be adapted. About the position

The position is within the product management team and will focus on metal coated products initially, as we have an immediate need there. However, you will be involved various tasks connected to our transformation to fossil free steel. Most communication is in English, so it need to be managed very well. Additional languages spoken and written is a bonus. The job also consists of being an interface between the mills and indirectly our customers, so experience of management is also positive.

• Understand our production capabilities
• Utilized that to maintain and develop the product program

About You

• We are looking for someone who learns quickly and is comfortable working cross-functional
• You need to be used to working in a MS office environment, as well having good people skills
• Being result oriented and to work self managed is something you are accustomed to
• We expect you to have a Master of Science degree or similar.
