Site Administrator - Eskilstuna

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team in Eskilstuna.

Responsibilities:

· Monitoring and inputting hours on timesheets

· Arrange meetings on site and taking minutes

· Control of all delivery dockets, checking sign-in sheets

· Filing of all site paperwork - employee training records and maintain safety files

· General administrative duties including filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers, faxing etc.

· Time administration, project documentation

· Export files as needed

Skills, qualification & experience:

· Strong administration skills with minimum 2 years’ experience ideally in construction industry

· Strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

· Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork

· Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure

· Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

· High level of competency required in English language
