Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Simulation & Analysis Engineer Expert to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Deliver quality-assured calculation models and results, proposing when and where to conduct specific simulations and analyses.
• Draw conclusions and make recommendations using control systems and function simulation and analyses.
• Perform analyses and deliver validated results aligned with design targets, supporting continuous improvement of methods and tools.
• Act as a technical expert in your discipline, planning, leading, and executing complex simulations and analyses.
• Support project and design engineers throughout all stages of projects, providing technical solutions for complex challenges.
• Initiate and lead a worldwide network of professionals in the field.
• Drive innovation through collaboration with universities and external institutes or by using in-house developed tools.
• Engage others in innovation and foster an environment of creativity and forward-thinking.
• Drive global method and tool development, training and mentoring less experienced engineers across the globe.
• Provide input to product and system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
• Evaluate project content and estimate timelines to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Perform method and tool development to enhance simulation and analysis practices.

What you bring:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in simulation and analysis engineering.
• Advanced education in a relevant field, showcasing a strong foundation in the discipline.
• Proven expertise in diagnostics and logging, with proficiency in edge computing, AI, and ML.
• Experience leading projects and coaching, mentoring, and educating others within the organization.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert and go-to person for complex issues in the field.
• Strong T-shaped profile, either building deep discipline excellence or developing a mature generalist toolbox.
• Known for contributing to project roadmaps and strategies, and articulating value creation within the context of industry trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive innovation and excellence.
