Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Simulation & Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead complete vehicle simulations for driving performance, including energy economy, driving range, average speed, drivability, and CO2 emissions.
• Develop and deliver high-quality calculation models and results, proposing optimal approaches for simulations and analyses.
• Utilize control systems and function simulation to draw conclusions and make recommendations, ensuring analyses align with design targets and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of methods and tools, establishing yourself as a technical expert in the field.
• Lead and execute complex simulations and analyses, providing technical solutions to support project engineers on a global scale.
• Collaborate with teams on innovation initiatives, tool development, and mentorship of junior engineers.
• Contribute to product and system roadmaps, evaluate project content, and estimate timelines for initiatives.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of methods and tools.

What you bring:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry or a similar field.
• Passion for innovation and a fresh perspective on automotive technology.
• Hands-on testing experience, offering practical insights and contributing to the innovation process.
• A strong engineering background, preferably holding a master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Complete vehicle driving performance simulation experience, which is highly valued.
• A fast learner with strong problem-solving skills, capable of quickly adapting to new challenges.
