The Role as Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you are at the heart of our engineering process. You’ll develop high-quality, scalable, and predictive software solutions using React for the front end and .NET/C# for the back end.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust software that meets client sustainability needs.
• Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to enhance product features and improve user experience.
• Driving innovation and efficiency through continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software.

Who Are You?

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy individual with:

• Extensive experience in full-stack development, particularly with React and .NET/C#.
• A track record of developing enterprise-level applications in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of architecting high-performance systems.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden.
