Your Role:

As a Senior Kafka Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology landscape. Your responsibilities will span developing event-driven architectures, stream processing solutions, and cloud-based applications. You will be tasked with crafting efficient, scalable utilities that exceed our clients' expectations, underlining our commitment to delivering premier services.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Kafka ecosystem: Connect, Streams, Brokers, Zookeepers, KSQL, and Control Center.
• Experience with Kafka APIs (Producer, Consumer, Streams), including schema registry in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with Kafka connectors (Elastic Search, JDBC, File Stream, DFS) and the ability to create custom connectors.
• Understanding of Kafka Rest proxy, Kubernetes, Confluent Operator, Shell Scripting, and Terraform Scripting.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and build tools such as Maven/Gradle.
• Competency in building MicroServices on Docker and hands-on experience with Confluent Cloud.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with stream processing solutions using Kafka.
• Knowledge of SOAP, REST, JMS, and PUB/SUB patterns.
• Skills in performance optimization and solution stability.
• Experience with Kafka in production environments, including topic creation, cluster setup, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and optionally Python.
• Understanding of web services security and data integration techniques
