We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Manager to Getinge Sterilization in Getinge, Halmstad.

Our Getinge site is the hub of our Global Sterilization Technology. Our sterilization machines are used by global multinational customers as well as smaller local customers in Biopharma, Biomedical Research and Laboratory.

What you will do

In the role as Senior HR Manager, you will lead the HR Business partner team across all functions at the Getinge site. You are the voice towards the organization and owns all HR processes, creating structure and clarity in the team and at the site. As the Human Resources representative, you will advise and support the Management team regarding development, implementation, follow-up, and maintenance of strategic and operational HR activities. You will provide professional support and guidance to business leaders in all HR related areas and take an active role in the development of the overall people agenda at Getinge, as a member of the Swedish Human Resources team.

Day to day responsibilities will include to:

• Be a part of the local Management team, and work with strategic issues and global HR initiatives that need to be translated to the local context.
• Provide leadership for the local HR Business Partner team. Secure that adequate means and resources are established to maintain and develop the team and to meet the set objectives.
• Act as HRBP for a dedicated part of the organization. Provide HR support in areas such as labor relations, work environment, leadership development, compensation & benefits, employee communications, and organizational change.
• Build quality into all aspects of HR related work, by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
• Be responsible for local people related directives and routines in local management systems.
• Ensure that regulations and local processes are known, followed and adhered to.

This position is based in Getinge, Halmstad and may include occasional travels. In this role you will work mainly on-site, however it will be possible to work remotely approximately once a week. As HR Manager you will report to the Head of HRBP Sweden, with a dotted line to the local Managing Director.

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.

• University education within relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Managerial background in HR.
• Experience from working in manufacturing/production companies with blue/white collar employees.
• Background in working in regulated industries and with regulatory frameworks.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, orally and written.
