Join us As a Senior Green Technology Lead you will become a member of the Program Management Office (PMO) for our green transformation. The PMO function is responsible for coordination of internal and external stakeholders, and oversees pilots and projects related to the green transformation. Click here: https://clockworkpeople.se/annons/15753/url Job duties - Lead and facilitate projects, analyses, and assessments to identify cost-efficient solutions for our green transformation. - Be one of the groups experts in green technologies and develop business cases and analyses for internal decision making. - Develop and implement our group wide green tech roadmap to transition PostNord's logistics operations from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources. - Monitor the development of market trends around green technologies and relevant policies in the Nordic countries. - Project manage and/ or coordinate green pilots, projects, and investments, in accordance with our internally developed green technology roadmap for 2030.Facilitate and monitor the programs progress towards our climate targets. We are looking for you who have - Relevant higher education e.g., Master of Science in Engineering or Business Administration. - Minimum 5 years of experience of similar qualified work in the logistics or manufacturing industry, or a solid track record from management consulting with experience from different industries. - Documented competence within decarbonization efforts and green technology is meritorious. - Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of economics. - As a person you are structured and communicative, driven by challenges and complex deliveries. - You are motivated by working with strategic as well as tactical issues on the boundaries between technology and business. - You are not afraid of taking the lead, but at the same time you are a very good team player. - Applicants need to have very good skills in English, and it is an advantage to be fluent in a Nordic language both in speech and in writing.
