We are building a state-of-the-art facility and a world-class team of technologists for R&D into next-generation battery cells. We are now looking for a seasoned Senior Cell Design Engineer. Are you ready to lead a segment of our product development across different functional teams and with our partners into a real EV battery cell product to be mass-produced in our upcoming giga factory? In this role you will take part in the ideation of new cell designs, defining how to assess their performance along different cell platforms (for you to define and develop) up to large capacity prismatic cell level going through A, B and C sample stages of battery cell development within the car industry. At NOVO Energy we enable Volvo Cars to go fully electric by 2030. We are a start-up, with the benefit of funding and expertise from our two strong mother companies Northvolt & Volvo Cars. Embrace an awe-inspiring challenge and be at the forefront of technological advancement.
