Our projects revolve around 6 key client segments – Life Science, Battery Factory, Automotive, Aqua Culture, Data Centres and Green Steel – areas where we hold considerable technical and strategic expertise both locally and globally in Ramboll. Drawing on our extensive knowledge base, we are able to support our clients in all phases of a project – from developing business plans and strategic planning to selecting the right solution and all way through the execution of the project.

As Sector Lead, you will play a vital role in developing and growing our business related to battery factories. A key part of your role will be to capitalise on the connections you have in the industry to build and maintain trusting relationships with existing and future clients. Based on your understanding of the battery sector supply and value chain, the clients’ businesses, strategies, and the landscape they operate in, you are expected to identify challenges and opportunities and address them by bringing in the vast network of strategic and technical competencies that we have in Ramboll.

You will form part of the management group in our Industry division where you, together with the other Sector Leads, will contribute to setting the strategic direction across all client segments that will enable us to achieve our goals and support our continuous growth.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Understanding the Battery Factories sector on a national level and any connected policies and international sector trends.
  • Understanding investment strategies and the key clients, stakeholders, and related activity in the Battery Factories sector.
  • Understanding and having an overview of Ramboll’s national portfolio of activity with a general understanding of key clients, projects, and opportunities.
  • Participate in large tenders or proposals – also internationally with colleagues in other countries.
  • Contributing with industry best practice and client insights in the project execution.
  • Developing and deploying competencies within Ramboll in projects to ensure that we meet, and exceed, our client’s expectations.

About you

This role calls for someone who has a good grasp of the Battery Factories sector, perhaps from previous experience working for such clients, or from serving as a client advisor, programme manager or senior project manager in connection with large investment projects. More specifically, we imagine that the below description will resonate with you:
