Qualitative Moderator

Job description

Nordic Viewpoint, an independent market research company based in Mölndal and Stockholm, is seeking a dynamic individual fluent in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish to join our team as a Qualitative Moderator. This position offers a flexible schedule with a variable number of assignments, making it ideal for individuals looking to supplement their studies or current employment. This position can be completed remotely from a home setting, necessitating access to a computer, headset, and a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting focus groups, interviews, and online community research projects

- Managing the entire research process from client briefing to report delivery

- Collaborating with project managers to ensure high-quality results

Qualifications:

- Background in communication, journalism, behavioral sciences, NLP, psychology, or related fields

- Strong interest in market research or relevant experience

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team

- Fluency in Danish/Norwegian/Finnish, as well as English

- Proficiency in MS Office and online meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams

- Previous experience in group facilitation, interviews, and report writing is a plus
