Job Description

As a Project Planner the job activities are unlimited, however, here are some of the job details below.

  • You will have ownership of the integrated plan for setting up the client, part of that is built in Stockholm.
  • You will work with the integrated schedule that constitutes the key parts from all the detailed plans of disciplines including Construction, Process equipment, Procurement, Automation, Start of operations.
  • You will be the owner of the project's schedules.
  • You will manage and control the schedule, drive updates with key stakeholders.
  • You will advise the Project Manager on critical path activity status and as a planner, identify potential solutions to move activities off critical path.
  • You will be pro-active in seeking updates and ensuring that project team members, vendors, and contractors have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You will work on with projects ranging from Feasibility, Concept Design, Execute, Commissioning, and Startup of EPC projects.
  • You will provide a valuable link between the vendor's scheduler, the contractor's scheduler, and the clients project team.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years' experience of relevant experience.
  • You have Industrial facilities background within Oil & Gas, Energy, Semiconductors, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Processing, , Mining, Mineral Processing or similar.
  • You must have worked in multi-cultural environment.
  • You have experience as Project Planner in an OEM, PMC, Engineering / EPCM / EPC company (required).

Additional skills

  • You have experience in MS Project, Primavera, and similar tools.
  • You are highly organized, result driven and have personal success factors. Strong understanding of cultural fit and its implications, you are passionate, and purpose driven.
  • You have a can do-attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You have excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus.
  • You are a good communicator, both internally as well as externally to vendors.
  • You have good administration and organization skills for upkeep of project schedules.
  • You are proactive and assertive for chasing and expediting schedule updates.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • You are detailed oriented for constructing a logic-driven schedule that can be used as a tool to run the project.
  • You are collaborative, energetic approach to engage cross functional team desire to learn and grow with a new industry in Europe.
