Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project manager with experience in the energy industry to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Conduct preliminary studies to comprehend project scope and conditions.
• Lead the project from preliminary study (TG0) to full-scale implementation completion (TG5).
• Develop and execute resource plans, ensuring cohesion among involved functions such as tariff team, IT, communication, customer insight team, customer relationship team B2B & B2C, and digital channels.
• Drive the project to ensure the new tariff is implemented by January 2027, with responsibility for schedule adherence, progress tracking, and reporting. Concept development to be finalized by 2025, followed by POC in 2026.
• Provide ongoing reporting and potentially escalate issues to steering group and reference group.

What you bring:

• University/college degree.
• Extensive experience in project management, particularly leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster buy-in within the project group and organization.
• Proficiency in conveying messages and preparing presentations.
• Proven track record as a change leader.
• Strategic thinking ability.
• Meritorious:
• Experience in the energy industry or previous involvement in tariff projects.
• Understanding of IT and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with business models.
