Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, lead, prioritize, and coordinate the train product backlog.
• Prioritize capabilities and define the train PI objectives in upcoming Product Increments (PI) to ensure progress.
• Communicate across organizations to safeguard train delivery and align with stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate product risks and dependencies, ensuring effective risk management.
• Understand and evaluate both internal and external customer needs to inform product development.
• Develop and communicate the train product mission and roadmap to guide strategic direction.
• Contribute to the Sub-stream Technical Committee and coordinate effort estimation with the GMs and POs.
• Serve as the central point of contact for the product, providing clarity and support for the train.
• Align with the System Architect to understand and integrate Enabler work effectively.
• Foster an effective Product Management/Product Owner Team to support the train.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as an engineer with deep technical knowledge in motion estimation and vehicle automation.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in the Lean-Agile way of working.
• Several years of product development experience, including relevant truck application knowledge.
• Experience working with cross-functional dependencies and Agile practices within technical development organizations.
• Strong understanding of engineering tools and verification processes/methods relevant to the sub-stream setup.
• Ability to plan, lead, and prioritize the sub-stream backlog and support cross-functional work within the area.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and communicate product roadmaps and strategic plans.
