Program Manager Supply Chain & Digitalization

Husqvarna Construction has during the last years had an organic growth and expansion due to various strategic important acquisitions. To ensure future competitiveness and return on investments we are expanding our Strategy and Operational Excellence team with a new Supply Chain Program Manager

In this role you will be part of a new department which is responsible to define and implement, the Supply Chain solutions strategy and processes. The department works cross functional with all product categories.

Work description

As a Supply Chain Program Manager you will be responsible for implementing and driving supply chain, logistic and digitalization programs based on the priorities and strategy agreed. You will coordinate and align work between multiple functions and teams.

Specific work tasks

· Support end to end supply chain strategy development

· Implementations via programs that have as scope systems rollouts or process re-design

· Footprint changes – factories, warehouses, suppliers

· Conduct assessments, gather input to firm up the priorities for implementation of the supply chain strategy

· Lead projects/programs implementations and ensuring deliverables as per scope

· Define program parameters with input from stakeholders, design and testing and implementation

· Mergers implementations

· Coordinate programs with cross functional stakeholders (factories, supply chain, sales, IT)

You will report to the Construction Strategy and Operational Excellence Director.

The position is based in Jonsered, the Husqvarna Construction Head office, Gothenburg area.

Your profile

We see that you are a self-driven team-player with a result-oriented mindset. You possess good project leadership skills and have a service minded and flexible approach. You have a holistic perspective and an analytical mind set; you understand how things are connected and know how to develop and implement the strategies effectively. As this role includes many interactions you need to be good at building and maintaining relationships, have excellent communication skills in English and can adapt to different cultures.

We see that you have:

· University degree in within project management., Supply Chain or equivalent

· 3-5 years’ work experience in project management or experience with implementing supply chain related programs.

· Good understanding of IT planning tolls

· Good understanding of statistics and with analytical skills and knowledge of Power BI and/or similar tools

If you also have experience working in a global context and have industry knowledge it’s a plus.
