Production Technician

We are seeking a motivated Production Technician to join our team. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment. - Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed. - Perform regular maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance. - Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. - Maintain accurate production records and documentation. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Qualifications: - Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. - Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. - Knowledge of basic hand and power tools. - Good attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Commitment to safety and quality standards. Other: The assignment may be covered by defense secrecy, which means requirements for a certain citizenship and approval of a security clearance. Who are we?
