We are looking for a skilled Production Planner with a specialization in capacity planning and analytics. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and meeting our production targets. This is a new role where you will be in the driving seat having great opportunities to impact and shape the way of working. The Order & Planning team within Processing Solutions and Equipment (PSE) leads a sustainable supply chain, by sourcing, producing, and delivering competitive and industry-leading processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry.

The position is permanent, and you will be located in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do

As Production Planner, you will focus on:

• Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning process for the production center and convert supply plan into capacity for the factories. Set capacity requirements and follow the capacity adaptation.
• Support and drive data quality, as well as creating and maintaining reports in Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production specifications and align production plans with overall business objectives.
• Proactively identify and address capacity constraints, recommending solutions to optimize production efficiency.

We believe you have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field
• Basic knowledge in Power BI and data visualisation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You are fluent in English, Swedish is a merit

You are a self-driven professional with a positive attitude focusing on finding solutions and you enjoy to work in a fast-paced environment.
