About the job

As a Product Owner, you will be bridging the gap between the product manager, business stakeholders, and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Drive refinement of work items to meet customer requirements.
• 
  
• Maintain and prioritize development backlog and ensure deliveries according to commitments for development, rollouts, or support.
• 
  
• Stakeholder management and collaboration across value streams and Marine business.
• 
  
• PI planning participation: define stories, provide clarification, set team PI objectives together with the team and prepare for system demo.
• 
  
• Responsible on securing training and adoption of solution (together with product manager)
• 
  
• Optimize the team(s) performance, together with Scrum master and Line manager, by sharing best practices. Provide input to line manager on supplier performance/KPIs.

What you know.

You have a solid understanding of complex IT solutions and product management. You bring 2-4 years of experience from a Product Owner role and are aware of Agile development methodologies. Knowledge in MS D365 field service customization and configuration are appreciated but not a requirement. As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
