Product Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead our Open Energy Data team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our innovative software solutions to meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for driving the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

Our Open Energy Data team is tasked with building connections to various types of open data sources, for example energy data hubs, price data and CO2 data. The focus is heavily on mapping out, understanding and building integrations, but also to create a simple end user experience for consumers and make it easy for developers to implement solutions on top of our platform.

We are looking for a product manager with a strong technical background that does not hesitate to dig into documentations and map out requirements. Good understanding of the energy industry and hands-on experience from data integration projects is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

• Develop and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives.

• Work closely with engineers and product designers to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

• Communicate product plans, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, conduct competitive analysis, and make data-driven decisions to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.

• Act as a product evangelist, providing sales enablement and supporting marketing efforts through effective messaging, demos, and training materials.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in product, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 
  
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology-driven company, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• 
  
• Experience from the energy industry is a plus.
• 
  
• Experience for various types of data integrations projects.
• 
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to inform product decisions.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• 
  
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 
  
• Familiarity with SaaS concepts, platforms, and solutions is highly desirable.

• A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Understanding of product marketing and experience building goto market solutions.
