Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Expert Mainframe & IBMi to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Ensure the delivery and development of large customer platforms, focusing on future-proofing services.
• Coordinate with external operating partners responsible for incidents, problems, changes, and hands-on management of the platforms.
• Manage and control the operational aspects of product delivery, associated services, and platforms as part of a product team.
• Coordinate with external partners for incident and problem resolution, ensuring quality assurance in deliveries.
• Translate business demand from delivery teams into planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the Product Owner with roadmap and technical planning, optimizing product usage and related services.

What you bring:

• In-depth knowledge and experience with IBMi and Mainframe operating systems, covering operations, security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IBM Power Systems and/or large mainframe computers.
• Strong database management skills, proficiency in programming languages, and integration within IBMi and Mainframe environments.
• Effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education or certification in IBMi and Mainframe technologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in risk management and experience with security frameworks like ISO27001 and CIS.
• Experience as a team leader or client interface for technical teams managing daily operations.
• Familiarity with change management and frameworks such as ITIL and Safe.
• Experience in operational processes for designing and operating products/services throughout their life cycle, implementing best practices in new product or service development.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
