Product Brand Manager to Bona

About the role

Over the last several years, Bona has experienced exponential growth within the Cleaning/DIY segment and are therefore looking for a highly agile and entrepreneurial candidate who can help shape the strategy of the Bona brand in both a traditional retail environment and e-commerce channel. 

We offer a broad role that will involve a variety of Product and Marketing tasks. As our new colleague, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our go-to-market strategies. You will also help create a strong brand awareness position that supports our strategic and financial goals. You will collaborate with important stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product development across all regions where Bona operates. Your creativity, ability to analyze category and competitive data, and technical product expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing programs and campaigns that give us a competitive advantage.

Your main responsibilities will include:

•  Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including commercialization and go-to-market plans.
• Oversee product performance, including managing new launches and driving innovation.
• Gain in-depth insights into consumer behavior, product categories, specific products, and emerging trends.
• Develop marketing concepts and strategies across multiple communication channels.
• Implement marketing activities to commercialize products effectively.
• Manage all aspects of product launches, including positioning, target audience identification, and key messaging.
• Craft product packaging texts and create content for web, campaigns, and other channels in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Coordinate agency collaborations by drafting briefs and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

You will report to Director of PM Retail EMEA/APAC. You will also be a part of the Retail Commercial Team, which also includes sales and marketing. The role will be based in the Foajén office building close to Malmö Central Station.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand-/or product management from an international organization.
•  Experience working with B2C products.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, maybe within FMCG.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in driving profitable growth.
• Strong financial acumen for analyzing product performance and making informed decisions.
• Proficiency in various IT platforms and publishing tools.
• Effective verbal communication and presentation skills.
• You are fluent in English both orally and written and have a good knowledge in Swedish.
