Product Analyst

Svea Solar is a one stop-shop when it comes to renewable energy. We offer everything from solar panels and batteries that we install, toenergy managment services includingenergy optimization and services for virtual powerplant. Our customers use our app to control all of their assets in order to optimize their power usage as best as possible.To understand the usage, and the needs of ourcustomer and give the Product team knowledge in how to createthe service of most value and best experience as possible. We are now looking for our first Product Analyst for our energy management on ourapp!

The role

As a Product Analyst you willgather and analyze data and deliver insights about the usage of our products and our users, insights that will drive decisions on product direction,development initiatives and investments. You will be working in our Product team, working closely with our Product Managers, Designers, Development team and the Product Leadership.

The role is central to building an insights-led culture within product development and guide on where efforts are worth the most.Your work will include building and maintaining a tracking plan, set up product dashboards to share data and insights. You will also plan, execute and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes or new features. Other responsibilities you will work with is:

• Setting up how we monitor product performance and user behaviors
• Collaborate closely with product managers and the engineers to solve whole problems for users and improve business outcomes.
• Evaluate and ensure that we have the right tools and methods for tracking and analytics
• Measure, report, and communicate learnings on product performance, providing teams with actionable insights for improvements
• Proactively challenge what we have and develop, creating hypotheses, experiments and tests that will drive the right change at the right pace.
• Cooperate with other parts of our business, e.g. business IT, to collect data needed for analyzing behavior

To be successful in the role, you have a minimum of fiveyears experience working with product analysis and you areknowledgeable about the right tools (we are working with Mixpanel). Experience working with A/B testing is a must as well as being fluent in English.

To summarize, in order to be a great match you have:

• Solid experience working with product analysis
• Know-how of mixpanel (or other similar tools)
• Experience of working with A/B testing and statistical evaluation.
• A relevant academic degree
