We are looking for a Process Manager to our location in Varberg - Sweden.

Your responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of business procedures to align with organizational objectives, collaborating closely with the Operations Lead.
• Lead and support projects focused on implementing new ways of working and introducing innovative processes and tools.
• Analyze and adjust operational processes to enhance profitability while maintaining a focus on efficiency and cost consciousness.
• Drive initiatives within the efficiency program, from conception to execution, to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact for Business Units and Functional Units.
• Play an integral role in the Operational management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational planning.
