If you are ambitious, driven and team focused, take the opportunity to join us and build your career within Prysmian.In your position, You will assist in all supply planning duties include verifying future demand, running supply meetings, analyzing inbound supplier flow.

The position reports to the manager for Planning & Supply team and would be included in a professional Planning team that handle both national and international value chain. In this role you will get a vast network and good possibilities to develop further your own value chain competence

Main work tasks:

· Lead Finish good material Demand & supply meeting with respective stakeholders within organization in production, planning, purchasing team.

· Ownership of the supply plan, monitor and report important changes in deliveries and shortages in a timely and effective manner.

· Communicate & follow up supply plan with respective intercompany or external supplier and make sure that the supply plan is met.

· Check and clean up demand and make respective Call-off or normal purchase orders

· Daily follow up, expediting deliveries from suppliers.

· Assist physical stock control with warehouse & production team.

· Contribute on building & developing new or existing relationship with supplier & important customers

· Contribute on root cause analyses on delays & stock out.

· Maintain material master & info record on respective Raw material

· Monitor Inventory policies and make sure a rolling inventory to avoid SLOBS.

· Monitor and drive supply improvement, together with purchasing and planning, to meet an outstanding Customer service level

Requirements:

· Minimum BSc in Supply management, Logistic, Industrial management or equivalent- Relevant work experience can compensate the university degree

· Relevant work experience can compensate the univeristy degree

· Experience with ERP systems, SAP, Excel.

· Entrepreneurial approach and ability to orientate autonomously and deal with complexity.

· Proven capability to deliver under time pressure and shifting priorities.

· Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowing Swedish language is a big advantage

· Structured, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills
