People & Culture Business Partner for Svenska Fönster

We are now strengthening the organization with an additional Business Partner in P&C, People & Culture. Our Offer You will be offered a position alongside five dedicated P&C colleagues in Sweden, including two Business Partners, two Generalists, and a Payroll Specialist. We are now developing our P&C work by expanding our collaboration between Sweden and Norway and therefore we are strengthening with another Business Partner. You will primarily work with the production organization in Sweden and be an important support to our Production Director and other managers within production. In addition to that, together with other colleagues, you will also drive and process lead new national, regional and group-wide working methods. Together, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and UK/Ireland form P&C Region North within Dovista. The team consists of 11 colleagues in P&C and Payroll. In the region, we share success stories and best practices to succeed locally. Region North is one of three P&C regions (North, Central, and East) working together to develop processes, policies, and working methods. You will report to the Head of P&C Region North, Elin Persson, based in Edsbyn. In your daily HR work, you will support and coach managers, drive continuous improvements, collaborate and negotiate with trade unions, ensure and develop processes for onboarding, employer branding, recruitment, competence development, etc. You'll also implement activities in the regional annual cycle such as People Review, annual development dialog, and employee surveys. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with regional and central P&C organizations to drive various initiatives. The position is based at the headquarters in Edsbyn. About you: You have several years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably from a similar position where you have driven HR issues at the forefront. You have an academic degree in HR or personnel science and speak and write Swedish and English fluently. You get energy from working with tactical HR, continuous improvements and can drive the ongoing work on implementing group-wide processes within P&C in Sweden. You enjoy working closely with the business and can adapt your work to situations based on needs.
