We ensure and run the development of all associated PMTi and assurance processes. We are a team focused on SW execution and operations, and a part of that is to ensure we have containable plans both short-term and long-term. We have a common mission to support the organization in decision making and we support the daily work with planning and advising in planning logic. You will join a team with great culture and collaboration and gain exposure to stakeholders and managers all over the Volvo Cars Software community.   The team is managed by Joakim Behrendt, the Engineering Manager responsible for Process & Operations at the SW Engineering Office. What you’ll do We are now looking for a new team member to ensure proper intake adhering to our development capacity and create a consolidated order book for SW Engineering to be able to analyze our total ability, based on facts and figures. All to ensure we have the capacity to deliver according to our plans.  Who you are Competence is important, but personality is key! You have a demonstrated good work ethic creating solutions and building the information flow and networks needed. If we ask former colleagues of yours, they will likely also describe you as highly motivated, curious, and creative. To land well in the role, you should have roughly 5 years of experience working within software development, integration, and release planning from large-scale SW programs. Additionally, you should be familiar with both agile working methods and agile project leading as well as traditional project, waterfall models.  What to know more?
