The roleYour main task as Office Manager is to take primary responsibility for creating a pleasant office environment. You ensure first-class treatment of all external visitors as well as internal colleagues. You support administrative tasks such as incoming invoices, meeting bookings, and booking trips! One day will not be like the other, since you play a role in many different things. You may prepare for meetings, send packages, coordinate for a new colleague to start, check the planning for an upcoming afterwork, or chase the landlord to get help with the ventilation. You will also be doing some of these things:

  • Contact with external partners and suppliers
  • Internal communication in office related matter
  • Co-coordinating company events
  • Support in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Support in administrative tasks

    Who are you?As a person you are happy, social, and independent! You understand the importance of having a good work environment and an office that looks fabulous. You have an eye for details and like both big and small work tasks. People describe you as a doer, someone who takes your own responsibility and always gives that little extra spark! It’s a big plus if you also have a genuine interest in creativity.

    • A couple of years proven track record within Office Management
    • Extended experience in Google workspace
    • Experience in handling invoicing and administration
    • Experience in graphic design, content production, blog and video editing is a plus
    • Fluent in Swedish due to administrative work tasks
    • Fluent in English

    Practical informationThis is a part time, 25 hours per week, temporary position (10-12 months incl. handovers) during our current office manager’s maternity leave, based at our Stockholm office at Renstiernas Gata 12/Tjärhovsplan. Starting date by agreement. As our office manager your main workplace is at our office.
