What you will do: Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the top Nordic home appliance manufacturer. Utilize phone, emails, and calls to ensure a seamless customer experience. Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Transform every customer into a satisfied and happy customer. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions. Make the most of your time in Crete! REQUIREMENTS What you will bring: Fluency in Norwegian. Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Strong understanding and empathy for people, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience in customer support or handling claims and consumer complaints is advantageous and will be considered an asset. Exceptional communication and soft skills, along with a problem-solving mentality. Proficiency in computer usage, with a good understanding of MS programs. A positive and adventurous attitude. A curiosity-driven mindset, eager to learn and understand everything. Results-driven thinking, aiming to resolve any issue efficiently and effectively, following up as needed to ensure consumer satisfaction. A sponge-like ability to soak up all the knowledge and experience offered.
