Job Description - As a Customer Support Advisor, your mission will be to assist our customers with any issue during and after their order. - Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally. - Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sale over the phone. - Support customers on the resolution of delivery topics (e.g., where are the deliveries at, deliveries that went wrong, is there any stock available, etc).
