About the position

This position is based in our office in Hagfors, and we would like you to live in the area.

Responsibilities

As part of our service team, you work both independently and in a team.

• You work both in our own platform, but also in customers' systems.
• You keep track of deadlines.
• You handle incoming and outgoing correspondence from clients, foreign agents and national patent and trademark offices.
• You manage relationships and communicate with customers and authorities both in Sweden and abroad.

Good knowledge of English, both oral and written. Additional language skills are an advantage

At least upper secondary education. Post-secondary education is an advantage but not a requirement.
