Who we're looking for • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the media industry. • Proven track record of analyzing insights and translating them into actionable strategies that drive results and achieve objectives. • Proficiency in working with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, DSPs. • Strong leadership abilities, with a positive and engaging demeanor. • Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration among teams with proactive and clear communication. • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing a heavy workload, prioritizing tasks, and planning ahead. • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is preferred. What the role entail • Plan and execute media campaigns primarily in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway, with potential expansion to other markets. • Take ownership of media plans and planning activities across various channels, including Social Media, Programmatic, Search, and Offline. • Serve as the primary contact for Zenith Planning team overseeing the Nordics, facilitating seamless coordination. • Act as a liaison between Central media and local ELX teams for creative delivery, media plans, monthly status meetings, and day-to-day communications. • Manage weekly and monthly reports, PCAs, QBR decks, and ad-hoc performance analysis. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as campaign reach, ROAS, and channel-specific metrics based on the MTM (metrics that matter) framework. • Allocate and optimize budgets across campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency. • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams, clients, and vendors. We seek a Media Manager to oversee media campaigns for specific markets, collaborating with central media agency, local ELX team, creative, and technical teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery. Responsibilities include media planning, budget management, task coordination, and stakeholder communication. The role involves risk mitigation, issue resolution, and optimizing workflows for efficiency.
