Marketing Specialist - Full-Time Position

About the role:

As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our digital marketing and driving our business to new heights. Swedish Nutra is the producer of multiple supplement brands and growing. The ideal candidate will have a startup mindset and a proven track record of relevant marketing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Create engaging content for multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertising materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, and PPC to maximize ROI.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing and Branding role with proven records
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO and other relevant tools
• Knowledge of website management and social media including Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Comfortable working with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other related software
• Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts in the beauty industry, including consumer behavior, upcoming trends
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and influencer marketing is a big plus
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies is also a big plus
