Now we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Associate with a “can do” attitude to join our team in Stockholm, is it you? Position Overview As a Marketing & Communications Associate at Syncro Group, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Syncro Group and our portfolio companies (Collabs, We Are Cube, Gigger and Happyr). You will be very hands on in the daily operations, and responsible for a broad range of marketing and communication duties. For example, creating engaging and original content that stands out, and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities - Developing and implementing strategic and effective communication strategies that support the overall goals and promote Syncro Group and the portfolio companies. - Create compelling content for various channels including social media, press releases, email marketing, blogs, and websites - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing & communications, public relations or relevant field - Proven experience in marketing communications or similar role, preferably within a SaaS company - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written form - Proven experience in creating and execute successful and engaging marketing campaigns in different channels - Experience in analyzing social media data to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adapt strategies as needed - Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics - Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively on social media - High technical competence and proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools, content editing tools, social media platforms and web content management tools, such as SquareSpace. - Knowledge and understanding of specific challenges and opportunities within the industry in which Syncro Group and the portfolio companies operate - It is a big plus if you understand investor relations, and have experience from working with listed companies As a person you have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, at the same time you have no problem working independently and are self going. You are known for your creative and innovative idéas, as well as your strategic and analytical skills.You are proactive and quickly adapt to changing trends and conditions on social media. You have the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you successfully manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines.
