At ABB we are currently looking for a manager to our Global Execution Center, Body in White (SWAC), at ABB Robotics in Mölndal (Gothenburg).

The center is mainly targeting the Automotive industry and are developing and delivering Functional modules & products to customers globally. As Global Execution Center Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and P&L for the center. The GSC is located at two sites in Sweden, Mölndal and Olofström.

In the role you will report globally to the overall Global Solution Center (GSC) Manger BIW.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for P&L
• Motivation support for employees to achieve or even exceed targets
• Maintaining compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results
• Assessing risks and safety hazards and implementing plans to ensure people and equipment safety
• Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress, and determining actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources
• Ensuring that the team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Ensuring competence development and talent growth within the team
• Operating and supporting in daily business within the organization

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in management or project management experience, working as similar positions
• Sound knowledge of industrial automation and/or electrification applications
• Understanding of P&L responsibilities and basic finance
• Swedish and English advanced level
• Availability to travel
