Your Role In your role you will support the development of our digital Learning Landscape, where employees will have access to engaging, user-friendly learning experiences to successfully perform and bring business value! You will play an important role to enable a good user experience and data quality together with other learning administrators across Saab. You will be part of our team at Group Functions Learning & Development Coordination. Learning and Development (L&D) is responsible for Saab Group common guidelines, processes and solutions within the areas learning and development and workforce planning. L&D act as a key interface towards competence owners to identify Saab strategies, learning offering and learning journeys to fill gaps for common short and long-term competence development needs. The main tasks are: * Act as coordinator and be the point of contact for the local Learning Administrators regarding collaboration and communication. * Drive development and support fulfilment of common ways of working and processes for administration of L&D content * Administer and maintain the learning offering in the learning landscape (Workday Learning) for Group Functions and common areas. * Develop guidelines for first line support (People Direct) and act as second line support to L&D related cases from People Direct * Prepare and coordinate Workday Learning updates in collaboration with People Digital Solutions * Act as super user of Workday Learning and support to the local Learning Administrators * Contribute to the digitalization of learning related support flows before content is published in Workday Learning * In collaboration with Learning & Development Specialists develop user friendly Learning Journeys in our learning landscape * Actively contribute to a positive user experience and a common culture of continuous learning Your profile You are a team worker who likes to contribute to new ways of working. You like to create structure and order and you have the ability to work in a complex environment. You thrive for system related work and to build efficiency through digitalization. Required skills: * Strong administrative skills * Well-structured and accurate * Strong interest in and good ability to use systems * Communicating effectively across different units, countries and cultures * Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English * Ability to take initiative within scoop of work Desired skills: * Experience from Learning and Development area * Experience from leading small size projects This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
