We are looking for a LCL Customer Delivery Partner to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.


We offer

A unique role as LCL Customer Delivery Partner, where you will be responsible for the operational execution of LCL and be in daily contact with customers and vendors as well as has the overall accurate revenue and cost allocation.

This role will give you the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and extend your network within Maersk.

You will be based in Gothenburg and be part of a very dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

You will handle end-to-end processes within LCL. Arranging ocean bookings with our core co-loaders and our own controlled services together as well to also act as an gateway for our neighboring countries.

You will also arrange pre- and on-carriage with our trucking partners and align with our customs departments to have all shipments cleared as per local requirements.

  • Ensure shipments are filed timely and accurate in our operational systems
  • Reporting. Work with reports and secure good data quality
  • Update shipment milestones in our operational systems in order to guarantee data quality towards our customers
  • Ensure specific customer requirements are met (transit time, carrier selection, routings etc.)
  • Monitoring of shipments to provide proactive update to our customers and to solve potential operational disruptions
  • Coordinate with the commercial organization on customer commitments and forecasts
  • Knowledge Exchange with the sales and account management in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Quote on ad-hoc shipments and perform vendor negotiations
  • Ensure accuracy of revenue and cost calculation on shipment level


Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Supply chain / Freight Forwarding experience ideally, but not limited, with extensive knowledge and expertise within the LCL area.

You are a visionary and strategic thinker with a customer centric mindset.

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are able to collaborate across functions, departments and geographies
  • Creative and problem solving abilities and finding solutions
  • Have strong ownership and accountability
