Located in Nybro, Sweden, Kährs is seeking a dynamic individual to contribute to our journey towards a digital and sustainable future. As a Data and Automation Engineer under the guidance of the Global Data Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the data architecture and automation strategies that underpin our digital transformation efforts. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and a collaborative spirit to effectively drive projects that enhance data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency and creating an excellent digital customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with the Global Data Architect and other colleagues to develop and refine the company’s data architecture, ensuring it supports strategic initiatives and digital commerce objectives - Integrate and manage key systems and technologies, including IPAAS Workato automation, Microsoft F&O ERP, Microsoft CE CRM, Inriver PIM, Azure SQL Server, QlikView, and Power BI, in line with architectural standards and best practices - Design and implement robust data pipelines and automation solutions to streamline operations and build digital commerce readiness - Apply machine learning and advanced analytics to enhance business intelligence (BI) capabilities, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization - Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, promoting innovation and the adoption of best practices in data management and automation - Advocate for data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle, aligning with the company’s commitment to a single source of truth and data governance principles - Support the creation of an omnichannel experience by leveraging data and technology to provide a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints Desired Qualifications - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar - Demonstrated experience in data engineering, automation, or business intelligence, with a focus on driving business value - Knowledge in data integration and automation platforms, like IPAAS Workato - Familiarity with Microsoft’s technology stack (F&O ERP, CE CRM, Azure SQL Server, etc.), Inriver PIM and Optimizely - Strong interest in applying machine learning and AI to solve business challenges and create business value - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams - A passion for development, sustainability and digital sales, with a desire to contribute to Kährs legacy and future commercial growth - Curiosity with the ability to drive execution is required What We Offer - An integral role in the digital transformation of a globally leading, sustainable flooring company - Collaboration with a global team of experts, offering significant opportunities for professional development and career growth - A hybrid work arrangement, enabling flexibility between on-site and off-site - A position where it is a lot of challenges and potential to create a new digital commercial landscape - A culture that values innovation, sustainability, and the sharing of knowledge and ideas Location - Nybro, Sweden  - Full time (100%) Application We will review applications on a rolling basis, with interviews scheduled throughout April and May.
