IT Project Manager

Join us as an IT Project Manager, where you will lead a set of interrelated projects and/or programmes from initiation to close, delivering effective solutions that meet approved customer and business needs. This role is accountable for end 2 end delivery, reporting and visualization. What you will do: As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for approving and delivering projects and programmes whilst meeting required quality and compliance standards. You will manage relationships with senior business partners, drive business value and establish a cohesive project/programme team. Essential Skills/Experience: - Technical or Business Degree - Demonstrated ability and experience managing and controlling large, complex, project and programme budgets - Superb communication and relationship leadership skills - Excellent eye for business with sensitivity to environment - Experience working in a global organization where partners and project team members are geographically dispersed. -Capability to shape results in uncertain/ambiguous/unstructured environments Desirable Skills/Experience: -Familiarity with manufacturing and MES systems -Experience with pharmaceutical processes and GxP environments -Experience delivering IT or Data science projects and hence awareness of DevOps, Product Ways of Working, Agile practices -Desire to coach and mentor colleagues When we put teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
