Internship for Finnish speaking students!

Get an idea of the role

Resurs bank hasrecently hired a couple ofworking students for different assignments in ourcommercial, product and strategy teams. The studentswill support us with various projects and assignments. Now we are looking for yet another working student - this timefor assignments towards the Finnish market, and therefore we are looking fora candidate fluent in both Finnish, Swedish and English.You will work part time, typically 5-20 hours per week, depending on your availability and the project needs. You will get to work closely with the bank's leaders and learn from their experience and expertise and contribute to the bank's strategy implementation and monitoring.

As a working student at Resurs, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging assignments that will help you develop your skills and knowledge in the banking industry. Your assignments will vary, but mainly be related to;

• desk and market research, performing in-depth analytics and writing reports
• You will be actively coached by our subject matter experts, who will provide you with feedback and guidance throughout your projects.
• You will also get to present your findings and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders and contribute to the decision-making process.
• By working with us, you will gain valuable insights into how a challenger bank operates and competes in a fast-changing market.

On a personal level

Wewelcome Nordic students who:

• have high capacity, strong analytical skills and excellent writing skills inFinnish, Swedish and English.
• are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Engineering, Science or Economics, and have a keen interest in the banking sector.
• are able to work independently, proactively and creatively, and have a positive and collaborative attitude.
